The DVHA 2018/19 events programme got off to a flying start with a packed room for the Annual Dunsmore Quiz Night. Quiz Master for the evening was David Marshall with Julian keeping score. They were kept on their toes by unscrupulous players attempting to use their Joker multiple times!
Congratulations to the winning Team Cheers. It wasn’t plain sailing for them as they were given a run for their money by the Beaver Club. Both teams were still neck and neck after the first tie break but Team Cheers edged ahead by one point on the second tie breaker.

I’m sure that everyone will join me in saying a resounding thank you to David and Julian for putting together a challenging quiz and to Debbie and Nikki who I understand were responsible for making the delicious chocolate brownies that followed the fish and chips.
